Returns and Delivery

Outback Jack Designs is located in Longreach, in outback Queensland. Our postal service is through Australia Post.

Please allow 2-5 business days for item dispatch and up to 10 business days for your item to arrive.

Customers will be advised of their Article ID and extra tracking is available on request.

Due care is taken to package products safely and protectively. Additional insurance for larger items such as frames may be purchased upon request.

Local pickup is available and customers will be contacted via email to arrange same.

Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.


At Outback Jack Designs, we do everything we can to ensure you are happy with your purchase.

We endeavor to package and ship items to ensure they arrive at their destination in the same premium condition as they were created. However, once the item is on its way, we cannot guarantee the same duty of care from the postal service.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not accept returns if you simply change your mind.

If your parcel has been lost or damaged in transit, you may be entitled to compensation depending on the service that was used to send it. See

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift vouchers are non refundable.

To initiate your return, please email with receipt or proof of purchase and send your item to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement.
